中国の出版社Jizazhiの「Jiazazhi」は漢字で書くと「假杂志」。つまり「偽の雑誌」という意味があります。紙媒体の雑誌ではなく、雑誌を作っているような気持ちでさまざまなものを発信していたブログから始まったJiazazhiがついに雑誌を刊行しました。
すべて中国語での記事にはなるのですが、たくさんの図版と、日本人にはぼんやりと
神話、呪術、シャーマンなどに関する話題です。神話の歴史的な研究ではなく、現代美術の分野、特に東南アジアでの実践に焦点を当てます。多くの評論家、キュレーター、ライターを招き、このテーマで活動するアーティストへのレビューやインタビューを行いました。
今号では、アピチャッポン・ウィーラセタクン、インジュ・チェン、コンスタンティン・シュラッター、グォ・フェンイー、ホー・ツーニェン、ジャン・ツィ、ルー・ピンユアン、内藤正敏、マシュー・バーニー、ワン・トゥオ、陳哲が紹介されています。編集長はWang Huan。

We finally publish our magazine, Jiazazhi Volumn.1, five years later since the trail issue!
The title of this volumn is Wushu Xiuci (巫术修辞), which in English means myth rhetorical. The topic is about mythology, witchcraft, shaman and so on. Rather than presenting the othological or historical study of myth, we are focusing on the related practice in the feild of Contemporary Art, especially in Southeast Asia. We invited crtics, curators and writers to review or interview with artists working on this topic.
The artists in this issue they are, Apichatpong Weerasethakul, Yin-Ju Chen, Constantin Schlachter, Guo Fengyi, Ho Tzu Nyen, Jiang Zhi, Lu Pingyuan, Naito Masatoshi, Matthew Barney, Wang Tuo, Chen Zhe. The chef editor is Wang Huan.
We have made two editions. The Left one is normal edition, and the right one is special edition, which collaborates with Mountain River Jump! with their project Cards of Chinese Animal Idioms. But the only difference is the cover, as for the inside body they are totally the same. Last to be mentioned is, the text is all in Chinese. Please pay attention.
